As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in double entry bookkeeping.
Responsibilities - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process check payments - Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment issues or inquiries - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
