Sr Specialist, Capture & Proposal Management - Now Hiring
We are seeking a Capture & Proposal Management Specialist to join our team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Proposal Development within AR's Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) Center of Excellence, this critical role is accountable for using Capture Plan elements to prepare an effective Proposal Plan and Proposal Strategy, then leading the proposal team in developing a highly competitive, winning-level proposal.
Proposals will involve AR and customer proprietary, firewalled, classified, ITAR and EAR, and other sensitive information.
This is a highly networked position that includes partnerships and business alignment with Capture Teams and other functions across the business.
Preferred hire/work location is Huntsville, Alabama.
May also be filled at the Canoga Park, California site.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
